Project Manager – National eHealth Programme

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a national eHealth programme in Doha, Qatar. The role involves planning and controlling eHealth projects through the full lifecycle, ensuring all aspects such as scope, schedule, budget, quality, resources, risks, stakeholders and operational readiness are managed effectively.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain integrated project plans, work breakdown structures (WBS), milestones and critical paths.
• Manage scope, budget, resources, commercial controls and RAID (risks, assumptions, issues, dependencies).
• Facilitate steering committees, produce dashboards, minutes, decisions and action tracking.
• Coordinate vendors, healthcare providers and multidisciplinary stakeholders.
• Oversee testing, cutover, go‑live, hypercare and service transition activities.
• Drive benefits realisation, acceptance, project closure and lessons learned.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a clinical or paramedical discipline.
• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience, including at least 3 years in project management.
• Healthcare technology project‑management experience with clinical systems or national digital‑health solutions.
• Proven experience managing plans, WBS, resources, schedules, budgets, risks, issues, dependencies, vendors and reporting.

Required skills

• Working knowledge of recognised methodologies such as PMP/PMBOK, PRINCE2, Agile or hybrid delivery.
