About the role
The Heart of House Specialist supports vital hotel functions by maintaining cleanliness in kitchen, food & beverage, and laundry areas. This role ensures safe workplace practices, quality standards, and professional appearance.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare fresh clean linen and spotless dining ware for guests.
- Operate and maintain cleaning equipment such as dish washing machines, hand wash stations, and linen washers/dryers.
- Transport dishware and linens across the hotel.
- Follow company policies, safety procedures, and quality expectations.
- Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe conditions to the manager.
- Perform physical tasks including moving, lifting, and standing for extended periods.
Required profile
- Education: No high school diploma or G.E.D. required.
- Related Work Experience: No prior experience required.
- Supervisory Experience: None required.
- License or Certification: None required.
