Hostess – Guest Reception at Luxury Hotel

About the role

The Ritz-Carlton, Doha is seeking a professional Hostess to be the first and last impression of our guests’ dining experience. You will warmly welcome guests, manage seating arrangements, and ensure a seamless flow in the restaurant environment.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests with a friendly and courteous demeanor upon arrival.
• Escort guests to their tables and present menus.
• Manage reservation lists and coordinate seating to optimize turnover.
• Communicate guest preferences and special requests to the service team.
• Maintain a tidy and organized host stand and waiting area.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve minor issues promptly.

Required profile

• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Professional appearance and polished presentation.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced, luxury hospitality setting.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
