Hot Dip Galvanizing Supervisor

About the role

Al Jaber Steel is looking for an experienced Hot Dip Galvanizing Supervisor to lead its galvanizing team in Qatar. You will ensure high‑quality metal protection while driving safety, efficiency and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily hot‑dip galvanizing operations, ensuring compliance with safety protocols and quality standards.
• Supervise and mentor a team of galvanizing technicians, providing training and guidance.
• Conduct regular equipment inspections, identify improvement areas and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with quality control to guarantee products meet industry specifications and customer requirements.
• Manage inventory of galvanizing materials, ensuring timely procurement and minimal downtime.
• Develop and implement operational procedures focused on continuous improvement and innovation.
• Prepare detailed operational reports, analyze data and support decision‑making.
