About the role

As a Guest Environment Expert, you will help create memorable experiences for hotel guests by maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation throughout the property. You will work in a dynamic, guest‑focused environment at a Marriott hotel in Doha.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver guest requests promptly and courteously.
• Stock cleaning carts and supplies to ensure efficient operations.
• Clean guest rooms, public areas, and back‑of‑house spaces according to brand standards.
• Follow safety procedures, company policies, and confidentiality guidelines.
• Maintain professional appearance, uniform, and communication at all times.
• Perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, lifting, and moving objects up to 50 lb without assistance.
• Assist with additional duties as needed to support overall guest satisfaction.
