About the role
The Hotel Cleanliness Expert – Laundry Attendant supports the Laundry Department of a luxury hotel, ensuring that all linens, uniforms and guest garments are processed to the highest standards of quality and presentation. This position plays a vital part in delivering the exceptional guest experience expected from a world‑class hospitality brand.
Key responsibilities
- Sort, wash, dry, press and fold hotel linens, staff uniforms and guest clothing.
- Distribute cleaned items to the appropriate hotel departments promptly.
- Maintain equipment and work areas in a clean, safe condition.
- Follow brand standards, safety procedures and quality guidelines at all times.
- Assist with inventory control and report any issues with laundry supplies.
Required profile
- Ability to stand, walk or sit for extended periods and lift items up to 50 lb without assistance.
- Commitment to safety, confidentiality and professional appearance.
- Basic understanding of laundry processes in a hospitality environment.
