Housekeeping Supervisor – Qatar

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to lead daily cleaning operations at our site in Qatar. The role also involves occasional waiter and order‑taking duties to support guest services. The successful candidate will maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and team performance.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate all housekeeping activities across the assigned site.
• Ensure compliance with cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards.
• Assist with waiter service duties when required, including serving food and beverages and providing guest assistance.
• Handle guest or client requests politely and efficiently.
• Monitor team performance, provide guidance, and conduct on‑the‑job training.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.

Required profile

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor.
• Good command of English, both spoken and written.
• Valid Qatari ID (QID) with at least three months remaining validity.
• Immediately available and eligible for local sponsorship transfer.
• Local candidates preferred.
