HR Business Partner (Arabic Speaking)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner who is fluent in Arabic to partner closely with business leaders. You will align people priorities with business objectives, providing both strategic insight and day‑to‑day HR support.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with business leaders to understand priorities and design effective HR plans.
• Advise managers on workforce planning, organisational structure and talent needs.
• Support performance management, employee development and succession planning.
• Handle employee relations matters with professionalism, fairness and confidentiality.
• Work with recruitment teams to attract and select talent that meets business requirements.
• Drive organisational change initiatives to boost engagement and retention.
• Analyse HR data and recommend actions to address workforce challenges.
• Use Oracle Fusion HCM to manage HR processes, maintain accurate records and generate reports.
• Ensure consistent application of HR policies and compliance with labour laws.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner or in a comparable role.
• Strong knowledge of employee relations, performance management and workforce planning.
• Good understanding of applicable labour laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and problem‑solving abilities.
• Professional HR qualification (CIPD, SHRM or equivalent) is a plus.
