About the role
Business Umbrella Group is conducting a confidential search for a client in the logistics and supply chain sector. The HR Director will lead workforce operations, labour planning and people governance across a large delivery network in the MENA region.
Key responsibilities
- Lead HR for frontline and management populations.
- Support high‑volume hiring, retention and labour compliance.
- Improve people systems, reporting and workforce discipline.
- Act as a trusted advisor to the CEO and executive leadership team.
Required profile
- Senior HR background in logistics, transport, warehousing or aviation.
- Strong operational HR capability.
- Proven record of leading senior teams and influencing C‑suite and board stakeholders.
- Degree in a relevant discipline; professional certification is an advantage.
- GCC / MENA experience strongly preferred.
