Employee Engagement Specialist

About the role

The Employee Engagement Specialist will lead the design, development and implementation of engagement programs that enhance the employee experience and support organizational stability. This role reports to senior management and works closely with all departments to ensure consistent application of best‑practice policies.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop employee engagement strategies aligned with company goals.
• Oversee implementation of engagement programs across departments and monitor their effectiveness.
• Review and update engagement policies to reflect best institutional practices.
• Analyze engagement data, KPIs and provide strategic recommendations.
• Prepare periodic reports for senior management highlighting challenges and improvement opportunities.
• Identify risks related to engagement and develop mitigation plans.

Required profile

• Provide advisory support to departments on engagement practices and employee experience.
• Mentor and guide junior engagement specialists, supporting their professional development.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to lead initiatives that improve employee experience.
