HR & Employee Relations Officer

About the role

Fioreva Studio is looking for a proactive HR & Employee Relations Officer to support its growing creative and marketing operations. The role will manage recruitment, employee relations, and HR administration while ensuring compliance with company policies.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding.
• Maintain employee records, contracts, and HR documentation.
• Monitor attendance, leave, and performance records.
• Support day‑to‑day employee relations and address HR queries.
• Prepare HR reports and workforce updates.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures.
• Coordinate onboarding and off‑boarding processes.
• Assist management in implementing HR strategies and organizational improvements.
• Follow up on performance evaluations, warnings, and disciplinary actions as needed.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Human Resources.
• Strong understanding of recruitment and employee relations.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
