HR Manager – Lead HR Operations & Strategy

About the role

The HR Manager will lead the Human Resources function, overseeing operations, strategy implementation and service delivery to ensure alignment with organisational objectives. This senior role requires a seasoned professional with extensive experience in large, complex environments.

Key responsibilities

• Manage HR operations, teams and service delivery.
• Support implementation of HR strategy and programmes.
• Provide guidance to management on HR‑related matters.
• Oversee employee lifecycle activities and core HR processes.
• Monitor departmental KPIs and service standards.
• Ensure compliance with organisational policies and applicable regulations.

Required profile

• Relevant Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management or a related discipline.
• Professional HR qualifications are advantageous.
• Minimum experience appropriate to the senior grade, with 15+ years in HR.
• Strong experience in HR operations, strategy, projects, advisory or organisational development.
• Background in large and complex organisations.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with senior management and multidisciplinary teams.
• Deep understanding of HR policies, governance and professional practices.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Qatar/GCC experience and Arabic language capability are advantageous.
