HR Specialist

About the role

The HR Specialist will support the leadership team in managing employee relations, recruitment compliance, and day‑to‑day HR operations for our Doha location. This role ensures that HR policies are applied consistently and that employee inquiries are addressed promptly.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and track employee relations issues, providing resolution and follow‑up.
• Assist management with hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, and coaching staff.
• Ensure recruitment processes comply with local laws, company policies, and standards.
• Maintain accurate employee records, including interview documents and I‑9 forms.
• Administer annual employee surveys and handle related logistics.
• Answer phone calls, record messages, and greet guests according to company standards.
• Support safety and security procedures, reporting accidents or unsafe conditions.
• Perform other reasonable duties as requested by supervisors.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• At least 1 year of related HR work experience.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Strong confidentiality and professionalism.
