Human Resources Coordinator

About the role

The Human Resources Coordinator supports the HR team by managing administrative processes, maintaining employee records, and providing front‑line assistance to candidates and staff. This full‑time position is based at The Pearl Island in Doha and reports to HR management.

Key responsibilities

• Create and maintain filing systems for personnel documents.
• Draft and type office correspondence using computer applications.
• Distribute and route incoming and outgoing mail.
• Order, track, and replenish HR office supplies and forms.
• Answer phone calls, record messages, and provide courteous service.
• Create new employee personnel files and ensure accurate record‑keeping (e.g., interview documents, I‑9s).
• Assist walk‑in candidates with application procedures and maintain a clean, accessible application area.
• Respond to employee and management inquiries regarding HR policies, programs, and guidelines.
• Inform HR management of employee‑relations issues within the division.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of all employee and property records.
• Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe conditions to the manager.
• Welcome guests according to company standards and uphold professional appearance.
• Enter and retrieve work‑related information using computer systems.
• Perform other reasonable duties as requested by supervisors.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• At least one year of related HR or administrative experience.
• No supervisory experience required.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and follow company policies.
• Professional appearance and clear communication skills.
