Human Resources Supervisor

About the role

The Human Resources Supervisor will support Marriott International’s leadership team in managing employee relations, recruitment compliance, and HR program administration. This full‑time, onsite position in Doha ensures HR processes align with local regulations and company standards while fostering a positive workplace culture.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in monitoring and resolving employee relations issues, providing follow‑up and documentation.
• Support management with handling HR concerns, answering employee questions, and disseminating policy information.
• Ensure hiring and recruitment processes comply with local, state, and federal laws and company policies.
• Maintain accurate employee records, including interview documents and I‑9 forms.
• Coordinate logistics, administration, and scheduling of annual employee surveys.
• Answer phone calls, record messages, and provide professional telephone etiquette.
• Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, and motivating staff.
• Uphold company safety, security, and confidentiality policies.
• Perform general office duties such as moving light objects (≤10 lb) and using computer systems for data entry.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• At least 3 years of related HR work experience.
• Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise professional judgment.
