About the role
We are seeking an International Human Resources Manager to lead and coordinate HR activities for our global workforce based in Doha, Qatar. The role ensures seamless onboarding, mobility support and compliance across multiple regions.
Key responsibilities
- Manage international HR processes, including onboarding and mobility support for expatriate staff.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders across different regions.
- Ensure compliance with international HR policies, procedures and local regulations.
- Support employee relations for international employees.
- Maintain accurate HR records and documentation.
- Assist in HR reporting and workforce data management.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of HR experience, preferably in international environments.
- Strong knowledge of HR operations and the employee lifecycle.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
- Fluency in Arabic and English.
