About the role
The IT Project Manager will lead a portfolio of projects following the organization’s project management methodology, ensuring successful delivery, stakeholder satisfaction, and compliance with security and confidentiality standards.
Key responsibilities
- Plan, execute, monitor and close projects, preparing initiation, status, and closure reports.
- Coordinate across IT departments, manage vendor relationships, and ensure contractual obligations are met.
- Communicate project progress and issues to senior management and provide information to auditors and compliance functions.
- Identify and mitigate risks, manage scope, and ensure protection of project information.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree; PMI certification required; MBA or Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 8 years of experience managing IT projects in banking or financial services.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, decision‑making and financial management abilities.
