About the role
Join the luxury hospitality team at Raffles & Fairmont Doha as a Laundry Attendant. You will play a vital part in maintaining the high standards of linen, uniform, and guest laundry care that underpin the guest experience across both iconic brands.
Key responsibilities
- Collect, sort, and process hotel linens, staff uniforms, and guest laundry according to established procedures.
- Operate industrial washing machines, dryers, and ironing equipment safely and efficiently.
- Inspect items for stains, damage, or missing pieces and report any issues.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure timely delivery of clean items to guest rooms and service areas.
- Follow health, safety, and hygiene standards to uphold a clean working environment.
Required profile
- Previous experience in a hotel or commercial laundry environment is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work quickly without compromising quality.
- Physical stamina to handle repetitive tasks and lift moderate loads.
- Commitment to delivering service excellence in a luxury setting.
