Lead Software Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a seasoned Power Platform Administrator to lead the governance, security, and stability of our MATAR Power Platform tenant. The role combines deep technical expertise with strong analytical thinking and stakeholder management.

Key responsibilities

• Manage Power Platform environments, Dataverse capacity, and tenant configuration.
• Maintain access controls, Data Loss Prevention policies, connector governance, and conduct regular access reviews.
• Operate the Center of Excellence (CoE) Starter Kit for inventory, monitoring, and governance reporting.
• Monitor platform health, alerts, capacity, and performance trends.
• Oversee licensing, usage analysis, and cost‑optimization initiatives.
• Maintain evidence, reports, and records for audit, compliance, and cybersecurity requirements.
• Coordinate with Cybersecurity, SOC, and IT Operations on risk mitigation, incident response, and remediation.

Required profile

• 6‑8 years of IT experience, including 4+ years with Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, and Power Platform governance.
• PL‑200 or PL‑900 certification preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and stakeholder‑management skills.
