Learning and Development Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Learning & Development Coordinator to manage the planning, coordination, and administration of technical and vocational training programs. The role serves as the main liaison between trainees, internal departments, and external training providers, ensuring smooth delivery of training activities.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate assessment and selection processes for vocational training candidates.
• Manage and schedule technical and vocational training programs.
• Act as the primary point of contact for trainees throughout their learning journey.
• Collaborate with internal departments and external providers to ensure effective program delivery.
• Liaise with business units to identify training needs and requirements.
• Maintain accurate training schedules, attendance records, trainee files, and related documentation.
• Support planning, organization, and administration of learning and development activities.
• Monitor trainee progress, coordinate assessments, evaluations, and performance records.
• Prepare training reports and ensure compliance with organizational procedures.
• Assist in continuous improvement of training coordination processes and participant experience.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Learning & Development, training coordination, or similar roles.
• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, Learning & Development, or related field.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Excellent organizational, planning, and administrative abilities.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Knowledge of vocational education and technical training processes.
