Learning and Development Specialist

About the role

The MSI Group is hiring a Learning and Development Specialist in Doha. The role covers the coordination of learning needs analysis, the management of competency-based learning, leadership and talent development programmes, and the follow-up through feedback and after-action reviews.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate learning needs analysis activities and processes with business stakeholders.
• Manage, schedule, plan and activate competency-based learning, leadership and talent development programmes and initiatives.
• Collect and analyse post-programme feedback from participants, line managers and vendors/facilitators.
• Conduct After-Action Reviews to improve and enhance learning delivery.
• Provide first-level guidance to employees and line managers on learning solutions for competency development.
• Coordinate with external partners and service providers to deliver company-wide and department-specific training plans.

Required skills

• SAP SuccessFactors LMS (non-negotiable)
• Microsoft Office Suite: Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project and Power BI (or similar planning, scheduling and reporting tools)
