About the role
Based in Doha and reporting directly to the Head of Legal, you will provide commercial legal advice to multiple business units across a variety of sectors. The role focuses on drafting, reviewing and negotiating contracts to protect the company’s interests.
Key responsibilities
- Advise on commercial contracts in property, jewellery, exchange and marine sectors.
- Review complex, long‑term agreements within the hospitality industry.
- Draft and negotiate distribution agreements for the automotive sector.
- Provide counsel on construction agreements and related matters.
Required profile
- Flexible, adaptable team player able to collaborate with senior management.
- Qualified lawyer from the US, Canada, New Zealand, or Australia with at least 5 years post‑qualification experience.
- Fluent English speaker.
- Experience handling corporate, commercial, property and construction matters.
- Trained and qualified at a reputable international law firm.
