Manager, Strategic Finance & Corporate Initiatives

About the role

The Manager, Strategic Finance & Corporate Initiatives partners with the CEO and senior leadership to drive the company’s strategic priorities, financial analysis, and cross‑functional projects. The role blends rigorous finance expertise with the ability to coordinate senior stakeholders and translate decisions into measurable actions.

Key responsibilities

• Support executive management in planning and executing strategic initiatives, preparing briefings, board materials, and decision papers.
• Conduct financial, commercial and operational analysis for business cases, investments, acquisitions, joint ventures, capital allocation and cost‑optimization projects.
• Develop and review financial models, forecasts, scenario and sensitivity analyses, valuation assessments and budget impact studies.
• Monitor enterprise performance, prepare executive dashboards, analyse variances and identify operational bottlenecks or financial risks.
• Lead high‑priority projects such as business transformation, operating‑model reviews, process improvement, digital transformation and post‑transaction integration.

Required profile

• Minimum 7‑10 years of experience in Big‑Four audit, transaction services, deals advisory or corporate finance.
• Proven ability to work with senior leaders, manage complex projects and drive results across finance, strategy and operations.
• Strong analytical mindset with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
