Manager, Strategic Finance & Corporate Initiatives

About the role

The Manager, Strategic Finance & Corporate Initiatives partners with the CEO and senior leadership to drive the company’s strategic priorities, financial analysis, and performance management. This role blends rigorous financial expertise with the ability to coordinate cross‑functional initiatives and translate decisions into measurable actions.

Key responsibilities

• Support executive planning and execution of strategic priorities, preparing briefings, presentations, decision papers and board materials.
• Conduct research and analysis on financial, commercial, operational and strategic matters.
• Track executive decisions, commitments and action items, escalating issues that may affect delivery.
• Develop and review financial models, forecasts, scenario and sensitivity analyses, valuation assessments and budget impact analyses for business cases, investments, acquisitions, joint ventures and cost‑optimization projects.
• Monitor enterprise performance, prepare executive dashboards, analyze variances and work with business owners to define corrective actions.
• Lead or support high‑priority projects such as business transformation, operating‑model reviews, organizational restructuring, process improvement, digital transformation and post‑transaction integration.

Required profile

• Professional experience in Big Four audit, transaction services, deals advisory or corporate finance.
• Proven ability to work with senior stakeholders and manage complex, cross‑functional initiatives.
• Strong analytical rigor and experience preparing financial models, forecasts and valuation analyses.
• Excellent communication skills for executive briefings, board materials and stakeholder updates.
