About the role
Lead Organizational Development initiatives, including Performance Management, Talent Management, Succession Planning, Competency Frameworks, and Organizational Design to support business objectives.
Key responsibilities
- Manage Performance Management and appraisal cycles.
- Lead Talent Management and Succession Planning programs.
- Develop and maintain Competency Frameworks and career paths.
- Support Organizational Design and workforce planning initiatives.
- Drive employee engagement and organizational effectiveness projects.
- Monitor OD KPIs and prepare management reports.
- Lead and develop the OD team.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 8+ years of HR experience, including 5+ years in Organizational Development.
- 2+ years in a leadership role.
- Strong experience in Performance Management, Talent Management, Succession Planning, and Organizational Design.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
