About the role
Design and implement training programs that develop employees’ technical and behavioral skills, aligned with performance evaluations and organizational needs. Continuously assess impact and report results.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct annual training needs analysis and propose a training plan.
- Design and deliver interactive courses, including workshops, e‑learning, and AI‑enabled tools.
- Evaluate training effectiveness during and after programs and provide coaching.
- Identify and develop talent in partnership with departments.
- Prepare annual educational initiatives and reports.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, HR, Business or related field; Master’s preferred.
- 7–10 years of experience in training or career development.
- Strong facilitation, evaluation and problem‑solving skills.
Required skills
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e‑learning platforms.
- Familiarity with AI‑enabled training tools.
