About the role
Khadoom, Qatar's first AI-powered personal assistant offering on-demand delivery, pet services, grocery and personal shopping, is hiring a full-time on-site Operations Coordinator in Doha. The coordinator oversees daily operations so that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively, and must speak English and Hindi.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations and ensure tasks are completed efficiently and effectively
- Coordinate customer service activities
- Manage administrative tasks
- Support operations management
Required profile
- Freshers are eligible; Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management or a related field is a plus
- Must be currently living in Qatar
- Immediate start available
Required skills
- Analytical skills and operations management experience
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Proficiency in administrative assistance tasks
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
