Oracle Fusion Finance Consultant

About the role

The Oracle Fusion Finance Functional Consultant will be the primary point of contact for finance users of a Qatar‑based customer, ensuring the smooth operation of the Oracle Fusion Finance platform. You will own day‑to‑day application support, manage tickets, and drive continuous improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Provide functional support for Oracle Fusion Finance modules (GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Cash Management).
• Manage the support ticket queue, prioritize and resolve functional issues.
• Coordinate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and communicate solutions.
• Guide and support a small support team in daily operations.
• Implement minor enhancements, system improvements, and continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Ensure adherence to SLAs and service‑delivery standards.

Required profile

• Strong functional experience with Oracle Fusion Financials.
• Hands‑on application support/BAU experience.
• Proficiency with finance modules such as GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, and Cash Management.
• Experience in ticket and incident management.
• Excellent communication with business stakeholders.
• Proven ability to guide or support a small team.
• Track record of delivering enhancements and continuous improvements.
• Good understanding of SLAs and service delivery.
