Oracle Fusion Functional Consultant – Tax & e-Invoicing

About the role

We are looking for an Oracle Fusion Functional Consultant with deep expertise in tax and e‑Invoicing solutions for the Middle East, particularly Saudi Arabia (ZATCA) and the UAE (FTA). The consultant will work remotely with our Doha‑based team, configuring and supporting compliance solutions for clients across Qatar, Saudi Arabia, and the UAE.

Key responsibilities

• Configure Oracle Fusion Tax modules, including Sales Tax, Fixed Assets Tax, Procurement Tax and International Tax.
• Implement Saudi ZATCA Phase 2 e‑Invoicing requirements such as XML generation, QR codes, cryptographic stamps and real‑time reporting.
• Implement UAE FTA e‑Invoicing in line with technical standards.
• Design end‑to‑end tax and e‑Invoicing solutions from requirement gathering through deployment.
• Migrate and validate tax data using FDI or HFX tools.
• Create documentation for configurations, user training and compliance audits.
• Provide post‑implementation support, troubleshooting and system enhancements.

Required profile

• 6–8 years of experience as an Oracle Fusion Functional Consultant.
• Proven experience implementing Saudi ZATCA and UAE FTA e‑Invoicing solutions.
• Strong knowledge of Qatar, Saudi and UAE VAT regulations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, IT or a related field.
