Outbound Travel Consultant (Non‑Air)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Outbound Travel Consultant to join our Doha office. You will design and manage travel experiences for leisure, corporate and special‑interest groups, focusing on non‑air itineraries.

Key responsibilities

• Assist clients in planning and booking outbound travel arrangements.
• Prepare customised holiday itineraries, quotations and travel packages.
• Coordinate individual and group travel, including hotels, transfers, tours, insurance, cruises and other services.
• Provide end‑to‑end visa assistance, from document verification to application submission.
• Maintain accurate booking records in the reservation system.
• Stay updated on visa regulations, travel trends and destination information.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of outbound travel experience in a Doha‑based travel agency.
• Hands‑on experience processing tourist visa applications for multiple destinations.
• Proven ability to prepare holiday packages and manage group travel.
• Strong knowledge of international destinations, travel products and visa documentation.
• Fluent spoken and written English; Arabic is a plus.
• Excellent communication, customer‑service and organisational skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
