Parts Advisor – Aftersales (Doha)

About the role

We are seeking a customer‑focused Parts Advisor to join our Aftersales team in Doha. You will act as the primary point of contact for parts enquiries, supporting both customers and workshop staff to ensure a seamless experience from request to vehicle delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome customers, capture accurate part requests and provide expert advice at the parts counter.
• Prepare cost estimates, explain job requirements and communicate delivery timelines.
• Create and manage repair orders and job cards in line with workshop workflow.
• Coordinate with the workshop to track job progress, additional repairs, parts needs and approvals.
• Monitor inventory levels, support stock audits and cycle counts, and process parts returns according to policy.
• Assist in achieving parts, service, accessories and value‑added service revenue targets.
• Handle cash transactions, billing, petty‑cash reconciliation and documentation.
• Ensure clear invoicing, timely communication and professional vehicle delivery.
• Resolve customer concerns promptly to maintain high satisfaction and reduce repeat issues.
• Comply with quality guidelines, SOPs, health‑and‑safety and incident reporting procedures.

Required profile

• Customer‑oriented and detail‑oriented mindset.
• Strong knowledge of automotive parts and accessories.
• Ability to work closely with workshop teams and manage multiple tasks.
• Good communication skills for explaining estimates and delivery timelines.
