Planning Manager – Hospitality Projects

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Planning Manager to lead planning and project controls for large-scale hospitality construction projects in Makkah. The role involves coordinating schedules, monitoring progress, managing risks and supporting the delivery of world-class projects aligned with Saudi Vision 2030.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain baseline and look-ahead schedules using Primavera P6.
• Monitor project progress, critical paths, KPIs and schedule performance.
• Coordinate planning activities across engineering, procurement, construction, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Prepare procurement schedules, resource plans and cash-flow forecasts.
• Produce weekly and monthly progress reports and identify project risks.
• Develop recovery plans, mitigation strategies and delay analyses (EOT claims).
• Support project leadership with schedule updates, reporting and stakeholder coordination.

Required profile

• Previous professional experience in Germany (mandatory).
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (Master’s preferred).
• 15–20 years of planning and project-controls experience on large-scale building or hospitality projects.
• Professional certifications such as PMP, PMI‑SP, PSP (AACE) are a plus.
