Private Butler – Luxury Household Service

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Private Butler to deliver exceptional, personalized hospitality within a prestigious private household. The successful candidate will support a high‑net‑worth principal, ensuring seamless service, discretion, and the highest standards of etiquette.

Key responsibilities

• Provide world‑class butler and personalized hospitality services in a private residence.
• Deliver formal dining service, including table setting, fine‑dining etiquette, wine service and guest hospitality.
• Manage the principal’s wardrobe, garment care, travel packing/unpacking and personal belongings organization.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, chefs, drivers, security and other staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Prepare the residence for guests, private events, formal dinners and official functions.
• Maintain household inventories, supplies and coordinate procurement as needed.
• Offer day‑to‑day personal assistance while preserving complete confidentiality.
• Anticipate the principal’s preferences and requirements, providing proactive service.
• Accompany the principal on international travel, delivering consistent support.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Private Butler, Household Butler or similar role serving VIPs, UHNWIs, royal families, private estates, luxury hotels or executive residences.
• Strong English communication skills, both spoken and written.
• Exceptional knowledge of formal service etiquette, luxury hospitality and household management.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities with strong attention to detail.
• Demonstrated trustworthiness, reliability, loyalty and discretion.
• Professional appearance and impeccable personal presentation.
• Flexibility to travel internationally with the principal as required.
• Ability to remain calm, adaptable and service‑oriented in a dynamic private household environment.
