Private Chef for VIP Household

About the role

We are looking for an experienced and versatile Private Chef to manage daily culinary needs for a private/VIP household, delivering high‑quality, fresh, and nutritious meals tailored to the family’s preferences and dietary requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, prepare and serve breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks, desserts and special meals, covering international, continental, Arabic, Asian and other cuisines.
• Develop and rotate menus based on family preferences, nutritional needs and dietary restrictions, including vegetarian, low‑carb, gluten‑free and allergy‑specific meals.
• Maintain strict food hygiene, safety and sanitation standards, and ensure proper storage and inventory management.
• Coordinate grocery lists, purchasing and kitchen supplies while minimizing waste.
• Collaborate with other household staff and maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Private Chef, Personal Chef, Executive Chef, Sous Chef or similar role.
• Strong practical experience in general cooking, pastry/bakery and breakfast preparation.
• Ability to work independently, adapt to household schedules including weekends and holidays, and maintain high standards of cleanliness.
• Professional, trustworthy, discreet and respectful of household privacy.

Required skills

• General food preparation and cooking techniques for meat, poultry, seafood, vegetables, rice, pasta, soups and sauces.
• Pastry, bakery and dessert preparation, including breads, cakes and sweet dishes.
• Knowledge of multiple cuisines and menu planning.
• Food safety, hygiene and proper storage practices.
