Property Consultant

About the role

Prime View Real Estate, a Qatar-based property firm offering advisory, investment, marketing and development services, is hiring a full-time, on-site Property Consultant in Doha. The consultant supports clients through the full property lifecycle, from identifying suitable properties to advising on market conditions and investment opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain an updated portfolio of listings and respond to client inquiries
• Prepare property presentations and coordinate negotiations between buyers, sellers, landlords and tenants
• Generate leads, follow up on prospects and manage documentation related to offers and agreements
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth and compliant transactions
• Build long-term client relationships through transparent advice, high-quality service and timely follow-up

Required profile

• Strong consulting and advisory skills, with the ability to analyse property opportunities against client objectives
• Effective verbal, written and interpersonal communication, and customer service skills
• Sales skills, including lead generation, deal closing and working toward targets and KPIs
• Knowledge of local market trends, basic property valuation and leasing and sales processes
• Fluency in English; Arabic or other languages are an asset
• Previous real estate experience in Qatar or the GCC is an advantage; a relevant diploma or degree is preferred
