Property Sales Specialist - Doha

About the role

Banke International Properties is looking for experienced Property Consultants to join its team in Doha, Qatar. You will give clients expert advice and assistance in buying, selling or renting properties, working with a market-leading real estate company in the growing Qatari market.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their property needs and preferences.
• Assist clients in buying, selling and renting properties, ensuring a seamless and professional experience.
• Conduct market research to stay up to date on property trends, values and investment opportunities in Qatar.
• Generate leads through networking, referrals and other business development strategies.
• Prepare and present property listings with detailed descriptions, pricing and features.
• Conduct property viewings and guide clients through the transaction process.
• Negotiate and close deals while complying with legal and company requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, listings and transactions in the CRM system.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Property Consultant or in a similar real estate role.
• Strong knowledge of the Qatar real estate market, including regulations and trends.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive, self-motivated and results-oriented.
• Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
• Valid Qatar driving licence is preferred.
