Qatari Graduate - Membership, Licensing & Trade

About the role

A leading organization in Qatar is looking for Qatari nationals to join its Membership, Licensing & Trade team. You will work on the global trade certification process, with exposure to government entities, customs authorities and international stakeholders from your first year.

Key responsibilities

• Support membership and licensing processes, including registration, renewals and approvals
• Review and verify import, export and re-export certification documents
• Coordinate with customs, government bodies and industry partners
• Maintain accurate trade and licensing records and databases
• Prepare reports, dashboards and briefing notes
• Support compliance checks and contribute to process improvement and digital initiatives

Required profile

• Fresh graduate or early career (up to 2-3 years of experience)
• Bachelor's degree in International Trade, Business, International Relations, Law, Economics, Supply Chain, Public Administration or a related field
• Strong written and spoken Arabic and English
• Detail-oriented, organized and professional, with integrity and respect for confidentiality

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
