About the role
Al Hattab Holding is seeking a Quality Assurance & Hygiene Officer to oversee food handling and hygiene standards across its group outlets in Doha.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise food handling, kitchen hygiene, sanitization schedules and storage conditions.
- Maintain documentation for Qatar Ministry of Public Health inspections and HACCP certifications.
- Conduct microbiological sampling and manage non‑conformance reports.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Food Microbiology, Food Science or Environmental Health.
- 3–5 years of dedicated QA and hygiene auditing experience, preferably in high‑volume hospitality or commercial catering in Qatar.
- Strong knowledge of food handling, kitchen hygiene and sanitisation procedures.
- Proven ability to maintain documentation for Ministry inspections and HACCP certifications.
- Experience in microbiological sampling and non‑conformance reporting.
