About the role
The Recreation Receptionist supports the Spa team by delivering a memorable guest experience. Working at a Westin hotel in Doha, you will be the first point of contact for guests seeking Spa services and retail products.
Key responsibilities
- Promote Spa services and retail items to guests.
- Schedule reservations, confirm appointments, and manage the reservation software.
- Check‑in guests, answer service‑related questions, and process payments.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment while on your feet for extended periods.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- No prior related work experience required.
- No supervisory experience, license, or certification needed.
