Reporting & Revenue Officer

About the role

The Reporting & Revenue Officer monitors, analyses and reports on the financial and operational performance of the real‑estate portfolio, focusing on revenue and occupancy. The role ensures accurate rental income tracking, supports forecasting and provides data‑driven insights for optimisation.

Key responsibilities

• Compile daily, weekly and monthly rental collection reports and compare actual revenue against budgets and occupancy targets.
• Monitor receivables ageing, coordinate collection efforts with tenants, finance and legal teams, and maintain detailed recovery records.
• Calculate and forecast Net Operating Income, prepare financial analysis reports and identify under‑performing assets.
• Validate leasing and revenue data in the Property Management System, reconcile discrepancies and support system improvements.
• Prepare occupancy, performance and revenue reports, manage security deposit balances and support internal and external audits.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics or equivalent.
• 5‑8 years of experience in financial reporting, revenue analysis or property‑management finance.
• Strong analytical, numerical and problem‑solving abilities with attention to detail.
