Research & Telesurvey Advisor

About the role

The Research & Telesurvey Advisor conducts telephone‑based surveys, interviews and questionnaires following defined research methodologies. You will engage professionally with respondents, capture accurate data and support the overall research objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct tele‑surveys, interviews and questionnaires in line with approved methodologies.
• Engage with respondents to accurately record answers and relevant information.
• Review survey questionnaires and research requirements to ensure correct execution.
• Monitor survey progress against targets, timelines, response rates and completion goals.
• Prepare regular progress reports highlighting response rates, completion status and observations.
• Validate, classify and record collected data, ensuring completeness and consistency.
• Identify data gaps or quality issues and coordinate follow‑up actions.
• Support interviewers on methodology, questionnaires and data‑collection requirements.
• Maintain documentation related to survey activities and project progress.
• Perform additional tasks assigned by the Line Manager.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
• 3–4 years of experience in telesurvey, telemarketing, customer service or call‑centre operations.
• Knowledge of market‑research principles and structured data‑collection practices.
• Ability to handle survey quotas, scripts and structured questionnaires while maintaining respondent confidentiality.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CATI (Computer‑Assisted Telephone Interviewing) systems.
• Experience using survey tools and related data‑collection platforms.
