About the role
The Reservations Agent will handle all reservation requests, changes, and cancellations for our hotel in Doha. You will interact with guests via phone, fax, or mail, ensuring they receive accurate information about room types, rates, and policies.
Key responsibilities
- Process reservation requests, changes, and cancellations received through various channels.
- Verify room availability, rates, and explain guarantee, special rate, and cancellation policies.
- Enter accurate data into the reservation system, including special room types and discount codes.
- Handle guest inquiries about property facilities, services, and accommodations.
- Follow sales techniques to maximize revenue and adhere to escalation procedures for guest concerns.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- No prior related work experience required.
- Ability to lift and move objects up to 10 pounds without assistance.
