About the role

The Residence Butler provides personalized, high‑touch service to residents of Rosewood Doha’s luxury residences. Working closely with guests before, during, and after their stay, the Butler ensures every preference is anticipated and delivered, reflecting Rosewood’s standards of Relationship Hospitality.

Key responsibilities

• Pre‑Arrival Coordination: communicate with residents prior to arrival, send and collect preference forms, coordinate with internal teams to set up the residence according to guest specifications, and prepare welcome amenities.
• Arrival Experience: greet residents at the main entrance with a personalized welcome drink and amenities, conduct in‑suite check‑ins following Rosewood standards, and ensure a seamless first impression.
• Ongoing Service: maintain the residence to the agreed‑upon standards, respond promptly to resident requests, and continuously uphold the luxury experience throughout the stay.
