Restaurant Manager – Bywater (Doha Lusail)

About the role

As the Bywater Restaurant Manager you will lead daily operations of a premier hotel dining outlet in Lusail, Doha. You will create memorable guest experiences while driving profitability and upholding the highest standards of hospitality.

Key responsibilities

• Manage outlet operations including guest service standards, product quality, inventory, cost controls, budgeting and policy enforcement.
• Monitor service and product quality, assess guest satisfaction, resolve issues and identify improvement opportunities.
• Supervise, coach and mentor team members; conduct performance evaluations and provide development opportunities.
• Implement marketing, up‑selling and promotional initiatives to maximize food‑and‑beverage sales and profitability.
• Lead recruitment, interviewing and onboarding to maintain high service standards.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation and alcohol regulations.
