Restaurant Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations of our restaurant, bar/lounge and room‑service areas in West Bay, Doha. The role involves supervising staff, maintaining high service and sanitation standards, and driving financial performance.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and manage all front‑of‑house staff, ensuring smooth service during peak periods.
• Maintain sanitation and food safety standards across restaurant, bar and room‑service areas.
• Assist with menu planning and coordinate with kitchen teams.
• Monitor staffing levels, schedule employees and ensure compliance with labor regulations.
• Enforce local liquor laws and responsible alcohol service.
• Identify training needs, develop and deliver coaching to improve team performance.
• Track financial metrics, control costs and strive to maximize revenue.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED with at least 4 years of food‑and‑beverage experience, or a 2‑year degree in Hospitality/Hotel Management with 2 years of relevant experience.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a diverse team.
• Strong focus on guest satisfaction and employee development.
• Excellent understanding of sanitation, food‑handling and local liquor regulations.

Required skills
