Restaurant Supervisor – Front of House

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Restaurant Supervisor to lead our front‑of‑house team. You will work closely with the Assistant Restaurant Manager to ensure smooth daily operations, uphold service standards, and deliver an exceptional guest experience.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Assistant Restaurant Manager in training and supervising front‑of‑house staff.
• Oversee daily floor operations, ensuring opening and closing procedures, checklists, and requisitions are completed.
• Conduct pre‑shift briefings and attend departmental meetings, communicating menu updates, reservations, and special guest requirements.
• Monitor food quality and service standards in coordination with the kitchen.
• Utilize the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently and enforce proper cash‑handling procedures.
• Interact with guests professionally, address concerns promptly, and maintain a visible presence on the floor.
• Provide performance feedback, foster teamwork, and act as a role model for service excellence.
• Support training initiatives, assist in recruitment, and ensure timely completion of probation reviews and appraisals.
• Ensure compliance with health, hygiene, and safety regulations and uphold brand standards.
