Revenue Cycle Analyst & Supervisor

About the role

The role focuses on charge capture, reconciliation, and revenue integrity within the healthcare revenue cycle. You will work closely with clinical, finance, coding, and billing teams to ensure accurate billing and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Perform charge capture and reconciliation reviews.
• Analyze revenue cycle data to identify billing discrepancies and missed charges.
• Support Chargemaster (CDM) maintenance and validation activities.
• Conduct routine audits to ensure coding and charging accuracy.
• Prepare revenue integrity reports, dashboards, and KPI analyses.
• Monitor compliance with payer, regulatory, and organizational requirements.
• Assist in implementing revenue cycle improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Finance, Health Information Management, Accounting, or related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle, billing, coding, or finance.
• Understanding of healthcare reimbursement methodologies and knowledge of CPT, HCPCS, DRG, and revenue codes.
