Sales and Marketing Executive

About the role

The Sales and Marketing Executive will promote Dallah Safety Academy’s training and consultancy services, generate new business leads, and nurture client relationships. This full‑time, on‑site position is based in Doha, Qatar, and works closely with training and operations teams to align offerings with market demand.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales and marketing plans to increase brand visibility.
• Conduct market research to identify opportunities, trends, and customer needs.
• Generate leads, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
• Prepare proposals, presentations, and client meeting materials.
• Coordinate digital and traditional marketing campaigns.
• Update marketing collateral and track campaign performance.
• Monitor sales metrics, produce regular performance reports.
• Collaborate with training and operations teams to ensure service alignment.

Required profile

• Strong market planning and marketing expertise.
• Proficiency in market research and analysis.
• Solid sales capabilities, including lead generation and negotiation.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Experience in safety training, consultancy, or related sectors is a plus.
• Proactive, target‑driven attitude with ability to work on‑site in Doha.
• Relevant bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred.
