About the role

Join Majid Al Futtaim Lifestyle as a Fashion Sales Associate and become the champion of customer service in a vibrant retail environment. You will help customers enjoy an exceptional shopping experience while meeting sales targets and supporting store standards.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service in line with Majid Al Futtaim guidelines.
• Address and resolve customer concerns promptly, escalating to the Store Manager when needed.
• Achieve and exceed set sales targets through creative selling techniques.
• Utilise product knowledge to up‑sell and cross‑sell fashion merchandise.
• Maintain store cleanliness, tidiness, and stock replenishment.
• Follow security policies to minimise stock loss.
• Recommend and locate merchandise from other Majid Al Futtaim fashion brands when required.

Required profile

• High School Certificate.
• 1‑2 years of experience in retail or a related industry.
• Strong communication skills.
• Excellent customer service orientation.
