Sales Executive

About the role

The iconic Rixos Gulf Hotel Doha is seeking a dynamic Sales Executive to drive revenue across rooms, meetings, conferences and F&B. Reporting to the Director of Sales, you will manage key accounts and generate new business opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue sales opportunities to meet monthly and yearly revenue targets.
• Handle enquiries, prepare proposals, negotiate contracts and coordinate events from planning to execution.
• Maintain and grow relationships with corporate clients, key decision‑makers and business partners.
• Promote the hotel through direct sales, telephone and written communications.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless event delivery and guest satisfaction.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Marketing or related field.
• 2‑4 years of experience in meetings & events, sales, banquet operations or event management within hospitality.
• Previous experience in the Middle East is preferred.
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and public holidays.

Required skills

• Proficiency with hotel PMS and sales/catering systems such as Opera Cloud, Anis, Cvent or Passk.
